Sorry to hear that moving to the new AccountRight has not been a positive experience for you. We certainly encourage clients to always upgrade to the latest version of the software as there is always many significant enhancements included in each update.
Our development team is continuing to work on performance and workflow improvements to the new AccountRight, but do feel that the time-saving and productivity gains available from online features such as bank feeds when using AccountRight Live result in overall productivity gains compared to our classic platform. Our team is also working on further improvements to the installer to ensure the software is quicker and easier to keep-to-date.
