Shelley, I understand you are frustrated. I have alerted the head of our development team to your issues and we will be in touch soon. As a general note, our product development team is constantly working on further improvements to the software and prioritise their work according to the impact on clients and the number of clients affected. Thanks again for your patience and we're sorry that the software has not met your expectations.
