Seriously, this is an absolute joke!! How many times does this happen. I think MYOB would get a shock at how much in wages they would have to reimburse their customers if we all took a class action!
It is the worst service of any company I have ever dealt with. I had an issue with GL imports and after waiting online for over 2 hours, was told to email to support. I did this and chased up every other day for at least 6 weeks for a resolution and not one reply! Still no reply over 3 months later!! Lucky I am not holding my breath! Ha Ha Ha!
When will this be resolved???????????????????????????????
