I tried to replicate the issue you have, and then it comes up with the invoice date. What I would suggest is that, when you click on 'Create new bill' and then select the document to attach, kindly wait for at least a minute before recording until the correct date comes up.

Regarding your concern, does the wrong date showing on all invoices? Also, if you can have other users of the file to see if same thing is happening on their end with the invoices processed from In Tray. I'll be looking forward to your response.

I am experiencing 'date' problems with the OCR while using the In Tray function. The dates on some invoices processed from the In Tray are incorrect and I cannot find any place on the corresponding Invoice to suggest that it has selected the date from another field within that document. Is anyone else having problems like this?

Despite the message saying that there has been a significant improvement, I can't say there has been. It is payday.

Yep. :( And everything I need to do involves one of the features that's still under consideration for possibly maybe, sometime (never) being added to the (useless) browser version.

I still cant use ANY funtion in MYOB Account Right. Blank screen comes up if I click anything. I also have payroll today, which is already late AND a tender to submit. I understand technical difficulties occur, but why isn't MYOB sending an email with updates or a text... it's left to me to figure out there is an issue at the MYOB end. Really unimpressed with MYOB today.

Some of our employees can access MYOB however its payroll day and our payroll person cannot !!!!!
