Thanks for the acknowledgement PriyaSelvaraj . I won't go into too much detail because I've spent a lot of time talking with support and they've confirmed that to continue using MYOB the way I used to and want to, I will need to constantly chop and change between the desktop and browser versions. Things that have broken or been removed from the desktop version aren't being fixed because there are so-called workarounds in the browser version. However, since a significant number of features I use are also not available in the browser version, I can't make a full switch. Neither product is fully functional so I'm stuck using both systems to do simple tasks. I cannot think of any other company that would consider that an acceptable level of service. It's like going to a restaurant, placing and paying for an order but being told you have to pick part of it up at a different branch of the restaurant chain. I'm in the process of evaluating your competitors and am looking forward to learning a new program after 25+ years of using MYOB exclusively. I honestly cannot understand how this award was won.
