We're simply stunned that MYOB would win any award for any product given the slack and generally hopeless "support' that's offered to us, the customer who's paying for the privilege. Did anyone receive any compensation for the recent downtime?
We're moving away this dreadful unsupported product to SAP B1, highly recommended, and at the same price as MYOB.
