The Canstar Award should be a matter of Celebration.
I do not understand how any business can get 5 stars in all Categories.
It is not possible to keep all your Customers at 100% satisfaction.
My grandfather started the family business in 1908. Computers came in the 1980's and the typesetting industry ceased to exist
One would suggest that the business was respected as they listened to customers,, met daily deadlines, and fixed issues quickly.
I have continued this motto in the 25 years that I have had my bookkepping/tax business.
It could be said that posting the Canstar Award on the Community Forum is a business error.
Has MYOB conducted a survey of MYOB users and a survey of those that use the Community Forum?
There are many ways that MYOB and MYOB Business could be improved.
Pricing is about right (except for AccountRight).
Product design of MYOB Business could be substantially improved.
Listening to Customer Issues and fixing them is clearly a bugbear.
My Firm has lost existing and potential business due to the success of Xero.
One can only hope that the market share and business performance of MYOB improves in the future.
