    I'm starting to think I should have gone with Xero instead of MYOB, not a lot of happy customers...

    In my view, AccountRight is a better product than Xero.

     

    Xero users put Income Tax in the middle of a Profit and Loss.

    It appears Xero has no Headers/Indentation/Header Totals ie a flat line P&L.

    I recently raised a case with Xero because a Xero Gold Partner did not allocate Current Assets/Non-Current Assets correctly was told to track the case myself but cannot log in to Xero as I do not use the Xero app. Changed my email address and now have 2 Accounts with Xero.

     

    I understand Xero has a open year file.

    One can only hope MYOB continues to allow Users to lock a file once the Tax Return has been lodged.

    Had a online meeting with Malinda a MYOB Product Developer was told MYOB Business now has a open file,

    In my view, this is dangerous for Data Entry - was told that Tax Accountants wanted flexibility when Tax Return revisions are required.

    I would strongly advocate that a closed file is the best position.

     

    Over the years, I have certainly enjoyed the interaction on the MYOB Community.

    Maybe, I have helped MYOB Users and Business Owners.
