Auto allocating tax from income categories
It would be fantastic if you were able to automatically portion money from an a paid invoice for tax purposes. I know this might not work until business bank accounts are connected directly to the app, but even a way to record what percentage of the income needs to be ringfenced for tax would be incredibly helpful.Incrementing invoice numbers
I also would love ongoing invoicing options so I don’t have to manually input succeeding invoice numbers and add line items every time since I invoice the same companies and item lines each week. every invoice I create I have to create an invoice number from scratch it says 00001 every time so I have to input where I’m up to eg I use sw074em next time I create an invoice I have to check what the last number used was and recreate it as it always goes back to the 0001Milestones achieved? When you joined the program, we told you that completing two simple tasks before October 1st would earn you a $250 voucher: Milestone 1: Send one invoice. Milestone 2: Record one expense. That’s it! Easy, right? How to check if you’ve hit your milestones Not sure if you’ve done it? Here’s how you can check: Milestone 1: Invoice sent Open your app and click on the Invoices tab. If you see an invoice created before October 1st, congrats—you’ve nailed Milestone 1! 🎯 Milestone 2: Expense recorded Head over to the Expenses tab. If you see an expense created before October 1st, boom—you’ve hit Milestone 2! 🎉 What if you’ve only completed one? If you’ve only completed one or none of the milestones, then I hate to break it to you, but sadly you've missed out this time. Don't worry—there are plenty of other ways to contribute and earn rewards. So keep an eye on your inbox for more opportunities. Didn’t get your voucher? First of all, hold your horses—we're aiming to have everything sent out by this Friday and—sometimes—things can take a bit to make it through. If it’s Monday next week, you’ve hit both milestones but still haven’t received your voucher, something’s off—and we want to fix it. 🛠️ Reply to this thread with: The date you sent your invoice. The date you lodged your expense. We’ll jump on it ASAP to make sure you get what you’ve earned. Ability to upload invoices when recording expenses
Hi, Not sure how feasible this idea is. As a business when I record my expenses I'd also like to upload a receipt of it just for my records so I always have a reference when I need to go back and check either during tax time or any other time I need to check on the invoice. I understand there might be a cloud storage space issue with this feature. But just a suggestion incase that's a possibility. :)Join a session: learn how to get started, get help, give feedback
