I tried to issue my first invoice and realised my Business name is not what's displayed on the invoice and subject of the email. It's the name on my ABN ( my personal name). They are two different names and I'd like the business name to be displayed everywhere. I can't find a tab to edit these information. Also any possibility I can send the pdf to the customer as a message instead of an email? Probably a share option where I can share the invoice through the method the customer contacted me. As a small business most of my customers prefer paying through payID due to the convenience. As a business I prefer it too as I get the payment instantly in most cases. So I have a few few issues/ suggestions re: the app from my first session. the app isn’t formatted for iPad which is annoying. The screen is small and so is the keyboard. It would be great if it was iPad friendly. I can’t add my business logo for my invoices or change any of the formatting - I’m not a fan of the font and sizing of the text in the invoice. It would be great if I could create a customisable template with some compulsory and other o-tonal building blocks. I am unable to add/ change the income category name (see screenshot) The “ship to” category seems irrelevant as the invoices are emailed - perhaps having an opt out for this It signs out very quickly when inactive I’d like to be able to add more information for my business such as my address, contact details and a description of my services (I am a consultant and submit the work I do in a specific format for clarity for my clients).66Views1like1CommentSeeing a sign in error? The Invoice issue was I wanted to create a couple in advance for my bookings on sunday. Set up the invoice on Friday pm but couldn’t view it once “saved” - so did another one and same thing. Then on Sunday they were both there. I’m sure if I hit save and send it would have been there but trying to just “save” they were not visible. Also when completing notes in the invoice section for customers you currently can’t paste into the area. Hi I’ve set up my first client for today and prepped the invoice for payment (same day) My PDF is showing my personal name not my Business Name? When setting up the app yesterday using the ABN look up it’s not pulled the biz name but my personal name - so I need to update that? To ensure this bug doesn't get in your way, simply force close your app and reopen it. The app shows an error when entering data into forms or fields in our app. If you're affected by this bug, you'll see an error message saying something like: "Error: We encountered an issue retrieving your data. Please sign out and try again." How to fix it We've set up a quick fix. To get the updated version of the app with the fix, you just need to force close the app and reopen it. I created my first invoice and had some issues with the app freezing up (which I already reported via email) - but it worked well on the second attempt after crashing the app. I tried to set up auto-reminders for clients to pay late invoices, but I couldn't see where to do this. Otherwise no issues for me, but I agree with the others about customising the invoice and frequency of sign in - I switched between apps to find the info I needed to create the invoice and had to sign back in
