I have a similar problem: Also running an old version of Business Basics. After getting a new PC and upgrading to Windows 11, I can only print one document at a time. Once I try to print a second, the program crashes and I have to restart it,

Hi LarsN,
Looks like you're having a bit of a hiccup with printing your transactions. Besides checking out the link from Doreen_P, if you're still unable to print, try clearing your cache and getting the diagnostic log by following the steps in this link.
