AccountRight not responding

Any idea why my MYOB AccountRight is taking so long to respond today ? It is happening in 2 separate company files. I click on an Employee card and it takes 5 minutes to open in the meantime I receiv...

it happens to me as well. I try to contact MYOB and the waiting time is very long, still on hold with them...already 40 mins on hold
