To cancel your subscription, you will need to be the business owner or the person who sets up your MYOB subscription. You may send a cancellation request through My Account. To do this, you'll need to log in to My Account (my.account.myob.com). Choose the account you'd like to cancel and go to My Account to submit a cancellation request.
