I should have med it a bit clearer - I am printing to PDF, and the default page size is A4, but the content of the A4 page in the PDF is truncated, because the "Display" in MYOB is much wider.
Nevertheless, I would still like to know why MYOB crashes to desktop, don't you?
My older versions of Accountright were fine. See attached images that might help to explain:
According to MYOB online help (attached image) I should be able to adjust report page sizes.
I am reporting this bug to you - clicking on any item in the Page Size menu will cause a crash to desktop.
Can ypou replicate this?
I am using MYOB AccountRight v2023.8.1.2

Thanks for sending that log through. Can I confirm some details:
- Can you check if you are up to date and what version of windows you are using?
- Can you open the sample company file (Clearwater), and run the same report and let me know if it gives you the same error message?
- Is your AccountRight file online and can you respond with the last 4 digits of your Serial Number?

In answer to your questions:
1. I am using Windows 10 (OS Build: 19045.3570). AccountRigh v2023.8.1.2
2. Tried the Clearwater example file and got the same CTD when trying to change page size of a report.
3. My Accountright is not online, and company file id only on my PC.
I hope you can get to the bottom of this.
I used AccountRight v19 for many years without a problem. When I re-started my subscription with the new 2023 version, I have never been able to print satisfactory reports. I have to leave the settings with an odd sized, truncated paper shape.
