I am unable to send a message to the moderator. I am only able to respond to another users questions. I have followed the instructions listed above but there is no option to select to send a message.

Currently, you can only send a private message to a user or moderator in the community if a moderator grants you access. I see that you're having trouble logging into your file. Please send me a private message with your Serial Number and Company File ID using this link, and I'd be happy to arrange a fix for you.
