Hi,
I am trying to access Account Right live - When I get to the page where it says Open a Company File, I click on our company file that navigates me to the program. Then I get a (Not Responding) message. I am then unable to close the program unless I access the task manager to shut to process down.
I am able to access my online account via my web browser but not through the app on my desktop. I was working on it just this morning and access was fine.
Attached are step by step what I see as I try to access with the last page being that my password is wrong - I just reset it and was able to access our company file online so I am confused.
Please help!

Online browser works but not easy to use
