As indicated in the subject line, this file is online (hosted by MYOB), not on a local computer.
This is becoming urgent as users are now seeing the incorrect filename (as opposed to the correct company name) in AccountRight recent items.
The South African call centre has failed to resolve the issue and refuses to escalate to an Australian technician. (By the way I am now on hold again for the call centre with an estimated wait time of 80 minutes and I know when I get through they will have no idea how to fix it and again fail to resolve it. MYOB needs to address this general issue with their client support services.)
Please discuss with an Australian technician as a matter of urgency.
