Hi biggerfish,
There could be a few reasons why the report shows this error message. Let's check a couple of things:
- Make sure no header accounts are registered as detailed accounts under another header account.
- Try running the report shorter, as sometimes this can cause an error.
If the issue persists after trying these steps, I recommend creating a support ticket from the My Account page.
