Known Issue: Advanced Payroll Sites Unable to Email Payslips Post Upgrade to 2021.2.2

22/07/2022 - 11:24am NZST&nbsp;Good Morning&nbsp;Issue: We have been made aware of a number of sites experiencing issues emailing payslips after an upgrade to 2021.2.2.&nbsp;Symptoms: Typical symptoms being reported are that an error window will be displayed when processing the send but there will be no specific error message.&nbsp;Workaround: At this pont in time the only option is to print the payslips manually and provide these to employees.&nbsp;The issue is currently sitting with Engineering who are driving to have a hotfix release available by early next week but I will update once specifics are received.&nbsp;Upgrades to 2021.2.2 have been paused until this issue is resolved.&nbsp;Mark TrumperProduct and Platform Team Leader

25/07/2022 - 1:51pm NZST&nbsp;Good Afternoon&nbsp;This issue has been resolved by our Development Team and sites affected by this will receive a hotfix over the course of the next 2 weeks with the first batch out tonight and another group on Wednesday night (27th).&nbsp;The remainder will have the hotfix rolled out early next week.&nbsp;Mark TrumperProduct and Platform Team Leader
