Bank Feed Issues
When using AccountRight MYOB via the web portal or my PCB, I always get the same message when attempting to click the Add a Bank feed button. The resulting page displays a message "Access denied Set...

Yes, I am listed as the Admin/Owner etc and I am logging in with the same email address.
I have even used Team Viewer and had an MYOB specialist look at it for me and they stated it seems to be a fault within MYOB system?? Meanwhile I cannot get bank feeds.
Hopefully someone can look into it at the back end for us.

I can see how this will pose an issue if it persists showing an error message when you apply for bank feeds. Normally, there is no limit to the number of bank accounts you can register for bank feeds using AccountRight. The error message suggests it to be because of the user access. I recommend checking the user access email address and comparing it to my.myob.com to see if it matches. Additionally, I highly suggest getting in touch with our live chat. To get through to a live chat agent, you will need to get in touch first with our virtual assistant, MOCA through myob.com/support.
