Bank Feed Issues

When using AccountRight MYOB via the web portal or my PCB, I always get the same message when attempting to click the Add a Bank feed button. The resulting page displays a message "Access denied Set...

Hi I am having the same issue. I have been made an Administrator in MYOB and when I try to set up the Bank Feed it is saying I do not have access as I am not an Administrator. 

Was a fix posted somewhere for this issue or is it with MYOB to fix???

    Hi sarahb5000,

    If you're already logging in as an Administrator of the file and still experiencing the same issue, this may require further assistance on the backend. I recommend reaching out to our support team for more specialized help. You can contact our support team through live chat (via our virtual assistant MOCA) or by raising a support ticket through myaccount.myob.com.
