Bank Feeds

Invite a new online file user does not appear as an option.  How can I invite our Bookkeeper to be able to upload bank feeds? thanks

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! You would need to be an online owner or administrator to be able to invite a user to the file, if you're not listed as this you would need to get a different user to invite the file user.
