Bankfeeds not updating in MYOB

Hi,

I've noticed since the last update of MYOB, the bankfeeds are not updating into Myob daily. I have checked everything from bank deeds, linked accounts info etc all that this correct. So its an Myob issue pushing through the bank feeds in the system. Can someone please look into this. Thanks

    Screenshot of the Bank Statement:

    Full name and Email
