Jobs / Cost Centres
Our system has been set up to use "jobs'", but I think that I it should have been cost centres used, leaving the jobs to be used for a different purpose. Is it possible to edit the existing data ...

Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.
Cost centre is for the whole transaction while jobs is for each line item in the transaction. However, to add a cost centre to each transaction processed, you will need to manually edit it. To do this, you can go to Sales > Sales Register and then select the transaction you wish to edit > Select the cost centre.

Is it possible to add this "cost centre" code to the transaction with a bulk upload? ( rather than manually)?

Thanks for your quick reply. If you want to add a cost center code to a transaction that's already been processed, you'll need to do it by hand, as we don't have a way to do this in bulk right now. However, as we value your suggestion, I would recommend posting this to our MYOB AccountRight Product Idea board for our developers consideration.
