Online payment has been allocated but I don't have the money in my account

Hi, 

i have an online transaction that has been allocated by MYOB and is showing as "Money Settled" in the online payments, however i do not have the money in my account and my undeposited funds only has one side of the transaction.  How do i get the money deposited by MYOB?
