Hi, I am having the same issue with transactions not flowing from Ostendo to MYOB AccountRight Cloud version. How do I resolve this issue?

There are numerous reports of authentication issues affecting API access at the moment. MYOB seemed to have changed something without advising developers. If you are getting an authentication error, either MYOB need to fix their API or Ostendo might again have to fix their code as was done in the past (see history).
If you are not experiencing an authentication error, it might be that your file is too big and may need to be reduced (purged). From reports once file hits a certain size, transactions can no longer flow via the API. Get in touch with MYOX Services is file is large and needs a purge.
