Changing PDF to QIF. Bank doesn't export QIF or OFX files

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum. 

In this matter, before you can import a bank statement, you will need to download it from your internet banking website. Save the bank statement as a QIF or .OFX file, and if you have a choice of date formats, choose dd/mm/yy. Bank statement files must be less than 10mb. See his Help Article: Import bank and credit card statements, has detailed information that you can use as a reference.
