Read only access

I cancelled my subscription at the end of Feb.

Now I am trying to download all the data (via the export function) for my accountant to update the new software.

I cant download anything - keep getting the error; 

You don't have permission to access this page

If you need to access this page please contact your administrator

 

Similarly, I am trying to access previous invoices to keep a track and get the same error.

I am the administrator. There are no other users.

What is going on?
