Unable to set up education trial

Hi,

 

I am attempting to set up a MYOB account to complete an assignment. After I fill out my details and get to the "Access your software now" page, I get sent to a screen that says "No results found Perhaps check spelling and try again". I've attached screenshots as well.

 

Would be very appreciative if anyone had any insight into this, or could point me in the right direction to get help.

    I took a look at some key points on our end to figure out why you might be seeing the "No results found" message when accessing your files. Everything seems to be set up correctly. To help fix this, I've run a script to refresh your account. Please try clearing your browser cache, logging out, and then logging back in again.

     

    If the issue keeps happening, reach out to our support team directly at AU 1300 555 123 for more help. You can also contact our support team through our virtual assistant MOCA, which will transfer you to a live chat agent if MOCA can't help. Additionally, you can raise a support ticket via myaccount.myob.com.
