Thanks, all those steps have been followed just still don't get the timesheets in the admin portal and these links don't show the reasons why this may be occurring.

It's inteesting how the roster and timesheet do not appear in your MYOB Team Admin Portal. If none of the previous steps rectify the issue. It might be best to reach out to support via through MOCA or by creating a support ticket from the My Account page.
In the meantime, feel free to create a new thread if you need any other help.
