Thank you, already spent an hour with MYOB support who were not able to help but will try again and see if I get someone else that knows what is happening.

Thanks for working with our support team. It's odd that you can't see the timesheets and roster in the MYOB Team portal, especially if you're the administrator of the file. Could you check if another administrator can log in and see if they have the same issue? If they do, please don't hesitate to reach out to our support team.
