MYOB Team

I have logged into MYOB Team on my computer no problems.  I have MYOB Team on an ipad I was setting up for sign on and off for employees.  I set up quiet some time ago and the password and email I am using is not working, can i reset it somehow and start again.

    Are you able to please provide me with a screenshot of the login screen ?

    Thank you for your post. If you're getting we don't recognize that email address or password message I would recommend double checking that you're signing in with your MYOB Email address and password that's linked to your user. If this isn't working, there should be an option to reset your password. If you don't receive this can you please provide a screenshot of what appears on the window ?

      Hi

       

      Yes I am getting that message I have tried the email that I log into MYOB with and that dosnt work and another email it might have been, but neither work.  I cannot see anywhere that it says reset password.  Hope that makes sense
