Hi Jemar_C ,
The snip below is from the chart of account. The super and tax owing have been lumped together under PAYG Withholding Payable.
But other picture is from the dashboard, showing the lumped super and tax as Superannuation payable. How do we separate them?
Have we got one of the linked categories wrong? See below for current settings:
Thanks

I have found a post that has solved this problem!
This is such a shame this issue hasn't yet been fixed - this post was from 2 years ago on the MYOB forum!!

Hi Bradharvey ,
I understand the need to make sure that the PAYG amounts and the Superannuation amounts are all correct in value. Currently, the team is working on making improvements to the way the amounts are presented.
In the meantime, it's best to take base your data from reports instead of the dashboard.
Thanks,
Genreve

I too have the same issue Bradharvey.
Since paying the super, the widget now shows the total superannuation amount due which equates to PAYGW only. All my linked accounts appear correct as per yours.

Hi thirteen32,
Thank you for sharing your post, and a heartfelt welcome to the Community forum!Regarding your inquiry, I would suggest reviewing the linked accounts under Accounting >> Managed linked accounts. Typically, items you've linked will reflect on the dashboard. To gain a detailed view of the figures contributing to those amounts, you can explore the Reporting >> Reports section.
If you have any more questions or if there's anything else we can assist you with, don't hesitate to let us know. Happy to help!
Cheers,
Princess

I did that, but PAYG Withheld still appears under Superannuation on the dashboard, but on balance sheet report appears under PAYG.

I have had the same issue as this chain of commentary. I've effected the changes to the pay items as suggested but now on dashboard it's showing a double superannuation calc although the correct number showing up in super report. Please help

Hey there HLL,
For your question, I'd recommend checking out the linked accounts here: Managing Linked Accounts. Usually, the items you've linked will show up on your dashboard. If you want to dive deeper into the numbers behind those amounts, head over to Reporting > Reports.
Best regards,
Doreen
