If you have already changed the report settings to accrual and the issue persists, further troubleshooting may be necessary. Clear your browser cache and refresh the page to ensure that the latest settings are applied, as old settings may be cached and cause discrepancies. If the issue continues, try recreating the report pack from scratch to ensure all settings are correctly applied. You can also visit this help article about report packs.
