New Employees not showing on the Payroll Activity Report

I have 3 new guys that started last month and the payroll activity run report does not show them on the list. I'm trying to reconcile for payroll tax, super and other expense and the 3 guys are missing. Anyone have any idea? I have called MYOB support who suggest calling ATO to connect STP which I've done, I have also looked at the payment cycle = weekly pay, payment details - payment method = electronic and all are correct and nothing out of the ordinary. Not sure what could be missing to make them not show on the payroll activity report and other reports such as super etc.
