I have generated a payables reconciliation report as at 30.6.23 that shows an amount of $39.952.28 owing. When I go to the purchases register for the 1.7.22 - 30.6.23 dates there are no open bills showing? when there should be $39,952.28.
I am on the latest desktop AR version 2023.9

Thanks for your post.
In the purchase register window, the information shown is the current status of the bill (if the bill is open or closed at the current date). On the other hand, the Payables Reconciliation report, if run in the desktop version of AccountRight, will show the status of the bill at the date of the report (if the bill was open or closed on the date of the report). If you want to produce the Payables Reconciliation report with the current date statuses of bills, we would suggest running the report in the web version of the application.
