Hi MWASA24 ,
Thank you for providing the details from your reports. The data in the Payroll Register report is based on the pay history found in the employee's card, which also serves as the foundation for the Year-to-Date (YTD) reports. To ensure the accuracy of the Payroll Register report, you'll need to adjust the Pay History for your employees manually. For more detailed information, I recommend visiting this link: https://community.myob.com/discussions/staffing_and_payroll/accountright-report-not-matching-my-stp-report/757316.
If you need assistance with any other issues, please don't hesitate to create a new thread.
Thanks,

Hi Genreve,
Sorry to re-open this thread - I have a similar issue which I can't resolve.
The Payroll Activity (which is correct) and Payroll Register for a client don't match. The client has lodged STP finalisation based on the incorrect Payroll Register.
Is it possible to adjust Pay History for previous financial years to get the correct figures for YTD, Payroll Register Report and STP? The client's employee can't lodge their income tax return until the error is fixed as it is under-reporting income by approximately $14k.
Thanks,
Elowyn

Hi Elowyn,
If you've already created pay runs for the new financial year, you won't be able to edit the pay history for the previous financial year directly from the employee card. To make changes to the previous financial year's pay history, you might need to contact support through the My Account window or use MOCA to reach the live chat team for assistance.
Let us know if you need any other help.
Thanks,
Genreve
