Receivables reconciliation with tax report

We are unable to load Receivables reconciliation with tax report. Can you please check what is happening? It keeps coming up with Failed to load the report regardless of the period i am selecting

    Hi ease

    When this issue occurs, it can often be resolved by running the report for a shorter period. I've also arranged for a script to run on your file that should fix the issue. I recommend clearing your browser's cache, logging out, and then logging back in.
