Agree. It should be keeping track of all activity. If you have to go legal to recover funds you have to prove that you followed up and the attempts that you made. Sending statements is part of that process. Not helpful when the software you use doesn't record it, and we no longer get an email to say that a statement has been successfully sent. Not helpful.
