Can't view my invoices

From the dashboard, I try to vies Invoices from the Sales tab, but I just get an "OOPs something went wrong" message

    Hi Susiepra 

    These screenshots are from the chart of accounts screen. Can you go to Accounting>> Manage Linked Accounts>>Sales and check if the "Asset account for tracking receivables" has this trade debtors account selected?

Hi Komal

Thanks for your efforts to help me. I have checked the chart of accounts and there appear to be both receivables and payables linked accounts. I have attached the screenshots of those.

    Yes, it appears to be. That said, if you encounter the same problem again, let us know and we'll check if something else is causing it.

    I hope you got my last post showing the linked account.

     

    And... I have just tried the process again, and I can now see my invoices!. Thank you so much for your help, ans I hope I won't need to bother you again. Maybe a problem was just rectified?
