Thank you so much for your post and my apologies for the late response. To check if this applies to your situation, could you please try enlarging a document and then closing the window? If it's a bug causing the issue, the In Tray list should display all documents again. Some clients have found that minimizing and maximizing the In Tray window or resizing the window itself reveals the missing or disappearing documents. Additionally, I would suggest Clearing the AccountRight Cache as another possible solution.
To remove a document, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Purchases window and select In Tray.
- Choose the document you wish to delete.
- Click on the Delete option. This action will remove the document from the In Tray.

Earl, thanks for your response
I don't know what enlarging a document means?
there is no in tray option under purchases
there are no documents in the in tray even though the dashboard shows there is

I've tried that to solve the in tray payslip issue, it doesn't change a thing
