HI i just opend myob for the first time this month and on the dashboard it is showing that i have a $50 sale for the month of August . i have looked and cannot find anyting even when i click on the dasboard sale button there is no invoice shown
Do you have any recurring transaction set to record in this month? Could you please run the Sales register report for the entire month of August, set the sales status filter to 'All sales', does it show any transactions? It's also worth checking if the $50 sales showing on Dashboard is for this year or last year.
