Invoices sending with Random wrong Information

Ive now twice sent an invoice and when it gets to the sender it has some random Info nothing to do with my business on the invoice? Another Glitch MYOB?

The customer is not one in my system at all as well as location that we service.

Can I have someone call me sorry busy i cant afford to be on hold for hours
