If you haven't tried it yet, you can change your invoice template from services to items through the Sales settings. Here's how:
- Navigate to Sales Settings. Go to the Sales settings in your MYOB Business Pro account.
- Select Layout. Click the Field layout.
- Change the template type. Click the drop-down to switch the template type from services to items.
Another workaround is to go to an actual invoice and change the field layout using the gear icon. Regarding the "Something went wrong" message you've encountered, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. If you still can't change the invoice template, you can reach out to our support team directly via our virtual assistant MOCA or by submitting a support case via MyAccount.
