Managing Job and purchase order numbers

    Thank you for your input. At present, MYOB does not have the option to add those additional columns you mentioned. Hi Genreve,

 

I use the reports you mention in you reply  but I am after an app where I can enter PO information before any invoice are quotes are sent.

 

Like an INVENTORY OF JOBS (as opposed to items) where I can create the job number, link it to the client, enter the job decription, location, starting date, the category and linked with the quote when a quote is created or an order or the invoice... I call it a job register but it is a job inventory in MYOB language really :-)

 

Would there be anything compatible with MYOB that would do that? or is there a way for me to customise/create a document like this within MYOB? I mean all the columns kind of exist already within MYOB and I would need a few blank columns for job description and location...
