Supplier invoices not showing in In Box

Supplier invoices not coming through to In Box.  I have checked with Supplier (Reece) and everything is Ok. This only started  in mid December 2022.   Chubby

    Hi Chubby13

     

    If the invoices are not being sent to your In Tray, I recommend unlinking the MYOB application in your linked applications window within your Reece account > saving this > going back into your Reece account and re-linking it. Does this work ?
