Adjust Inventory Value to Nil

Hi    We have an item that has Nil stock on hand however the value is showing $180.48 instead of zero value, how can I adjust this to NIL value?    Thank you

Hi IdaS1,

 

If your stock is nil but the item's value isn't, it's usually because there are orders that have received items but haven't been converted into invoices or purchases. I recommend checking this first. If the issue persists after ensuring all those orders are converted, you may need to contact support via the My Account window or connect with live chat through MOCA.
