Hi IdaS1,
If your stock is nil but the item's value isn't, it's usually because there are orders that have received items but haven't been converted into invoices or purchases. I recommend checking this first. If the issue persists after ensuring all those orders are converted, you may need to contact support via the My Account window or connect with live chat through MOCA.
