Inventory Value error

We are using AccountRight and I am trying to enter an inventory adjustment for 30/06/22 (it is now March 2023), we processed the adjustment to bring the on hand and current value to zero then realised we did actually have the stock so we deleted the adjustment. By doing this, it has taken the on hand figure back to what it should have been, however, the value was previously $3.17 but now the value is showing as $6,558.37. According to the items register there has been no movement on this item since 2017. This is just one example, it has happened to multiple items.

Basically we entered a heap of adjustments, then we were advised the stocktake was wrong, so we deleted all our adjustments with the intention of re-entering the correct figures but now all the values are out.

Can someone please help me understand what has happened here?
