Error message on MYOB Practice

Hi,

 

When I try to validate an individual tax return in MYOB Practice it is coming up with the following error:
We've encountered an error. If the issue persists, contact MYOB support and provide the following: Request ID: (aeaf0a33-0848-457c-a531-0a1ba892d981) Status Code: (400)

 

It doesn't give any further info so I am unsure how to solve the error. Any help would be appreciated.

  • I had this yesterday, spent 50 minutes trying to get through to MYOB who said they were doing an upgrade that would end at 4pm Australian time.  Have tested it today and it seems to be back to working
