Hi, I entered amont under "RFBA" and click "Finalise and notify the ATO", then error message appears as below:

i tried couple of times and days, it is same error massage.

If the entered amount under RFBA is below the threshold set by the ATO, when you click the Finalise and notify the ATO, you will receive the error message "Something went wrong. I have the same problem as Doreen.
The amount I'm entering is way above the threshold.
I still have the same result
"Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser"

This error can occur if the RFBA amount reported is less than the ATO's threshold. Check that the total value of an employee's RFBA exceeds the ATO's standards. If you are unsure what to report, consult with your accountant or the ATO.

Hi Doreen,
I have 2 employees have RFBA, one with RFBA amount $6000 is ok to finalise and notify ATO, while another one with RFBA amout of $2300 is not letting me finalise, keep getting error message.
is anyone exprence the similar problem? please help.
